It all started as an innocent interaction between rock star and fan that turned into a headline. Headline; Red Hot Chili Pepper Flea hates being asked for a photo... or something like that. A fan tweeted to Flea how kind and genuine he was when they met him. Flea replied "you didn't ask for a picture. We are always down to talk and chat, asking for a photo ruins it instantly" When asked by another fan in a tweet, why? He replied because he views it as a transaction ruining the actual conversation. I get it. Live in the moment, remember the conversation instead of just the flash of the camera, it's a better memory. Although, some fans will not be able to do that because they're only interested in the 'transaction'. I sometimes regret not having pictures of stars I've met.
