Talk about a ball drop ... OUCH!
If you saw USC’s New Year’s Eve basketball game against Washington State University, then you saw something that was the very definition of bad sportsmanship. That’s when USC junior Chimezie Metu gave WSU’s Carter Skaggs a fist to the nads after attempting a three-point shot. To add insult to injury, there was even a USC assistant coach who accused Skaggs of “flopping” and faking the injury. This was no fake, and now Metu’s been suspended from the first half of USC’s next game, which is Thursday night. Some things should just be off-limits guys.
