Home owner says his mail guy does this repeatedly, has confronted, but continues to mishandle customers packages. So he rolled video and submitted it to the USPS. The have "escalated" the issue, whick is corperate talk for investigating it. So, the question is, even though the mail dude is all the way in the wrong, isn't public shaming kinda b*llsh#t?
