Bad News: Having No Sex Is Bad For Your Vagina

I have some bad news for you, if you don't have enough sex it can have a negative physical effect on your body; specifically your vagina. Its called Vaginal Atrophy, and it causes your vaginal wall to weaken and get thinner. When you don't get enough blood and oxygen to the cells toxins can build up and cellular waste can't be dealt with, which can cause inflammation and eventually, Vaginal Atrophy. Symptoms include discharge, burning, itching, difficulty peeing and pain during sex and is caused by a decrease in the production of the female sex hormone estrogen. That doesn't sound fun.

And to make matters worse...all that can lead to depression, causing you to not feel comfortable with yourself and not want to be intimate with anyone at all; making it worse!

But here's good news, there's a way to prevent it and it's actually super fun! All you have to do is have sex! Having regular sex and orgasms increases blood flow and helps to build the vaginal wall. You're basically exercising the tissue. It's about using massage and touching the tissue so that it becomes alive, the blood flows and the tissue becomes elastic.

So to prevent physical health problems and depression, just start having sex! And there's always a partner who is willing to do their part to help keep you healthy.

And even if for some really weird reason you can't find a partner...there are always toys that have been invented you can use!
