So today has been an absolute whirlwind!! I woke up with a banging hangover after the @vo5 @nmemagazine awards to news the article about my personal journey has pretty much gone viral around the world 😱 I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone commenting kind words and supporting me, I think it’s easy to criticise people, especially online, but it’s 2018 and we need to start lifting each other up! Literally anything is possible, even if you’re not aware of it yet. . . PS.. huge thank you to @instagram for making my journey possible!! . . . . . . . #beforeandafter #transformation #gingerbeard #weightloss #fatlossjourney #redhead #gingerhair #gingerman #igtransformation @instagram
This Bro's name is Gwilym Pugh, lives in London and used to be an overweight insurance salesman. But then he decided one day to lose 100 lbs and grow a beard. Next thing you know he's modeling for both GQ and David Beckham, and I assume gets more ladies than he's ever dreamed of. Probably mostly because of the beard.
This post is mostly for the ladies but gentlemen, it can serve as serious motivation. If anyone needs me I'll be growing my beard while at the gym.
2006 | 2016 #TransformationTuesday A picture says a thousand words.... Coming from being 22 years old, overweight, plagued with injuries, and unhappy barely leaving the house, I'm happier and healthier than I ever thought possible and doing things that didn't even cross my mind to dream of.. I like what Les Brown said: "When you want something out of life, don’t worry about how you’re going to get it. 'HOW' is none of your business. The most important thing is to hold the vision" There's a couple of people in particular who have been integral to the transformation of my life. I hope they know who they are. But I also want to thank each and everyone of you guys following me. I wouldn't be here without you 😊
