Possible Law: Bars & Restaurants Video All Customers To Curb Drunk Driving

There is a new liquor bill being proposed (House Bill 0247) filed that would require all bars and restaurants "to create and keep video records of alcohol being sold. Those records could then be retrieved by investigators looking into a drunk driving incident."
